Charleston, SC — Amplify Capital Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of Time to Shine Car Wash, a leading regional operator in South Carolina, by WhiteWater Express Car Wash. Amplify Capital Group served as the exclusive financial advisor to Time to Shine throughout the transaction.
The acquisition includes 10 operating locations and 2 development sites across Charleston and Columbia, marking WhiteWater’s official entry into the Southeast market.
All locations will be rebranded under the WhiteWater Express name, bringing the company’s renowned unlimited wash programs, state-of-the-art equipment, and customer-first service model to communities across South Carolina.
