As we reflect on another year, we want to take a moment to express our gratitude to all the non-profits we support throughout the year. This year’s featured charity is Homeless MATters.
Thank you to the wonderful volunteers who have made it possible for Homeless MATters to provide essential services to those in need. Their dedication, hard work, and selflessness are truly inspiring.
Despite facing challenges such as product shortages and limited resources, their volunteers consistently stepped up to the plate, ensuring that they met weekly goals. We are grateful for their commitment to making a difference in the lives of others.
This year, Homeless MATters has accomplished some remarkable feats. Some of their notable achievements include:
- Distributing 203 sleeping mats
- Providing over 850 boxes of clothing and household items
- Delivering 6,848 Bags of Compassion
These numbers are a testament to the power of community and the impact that can be made when individuals come together to support a common cause.
As we look ahead to the new year, we are excited to continue working with partners like Amplify Capital Group and Commercial Plus, as well as other generous organizations that support our cause. We are seeking to expand our services by establishing a warehouse and recruiting drivers who can help us deliver essential items to those in need.
We would also like to take a moment to recognize Leona, the founder and dedicated leader of Homeless MATters, who recently celebrated her 90th birthday. Her tireless efforts have made a lasting impact on the lives of countless individuals, and we are honored to be able to continue our partnership with her organization.
