Founded more than 40 years ago by Pete Altringer, Pete’s Express Wash has grown into one of the most respected and recognizable car wash operators in the market. Over the last two decades, Pete’s sons Drew and Jeff joined the business and helped lead significant expansion across greater Philadelphia.
After receiving multiple inbound inquiries from buyers, the family recognized that the time was right to explore a sale and identify a partner positioned to support the company’s next chapter. They engaged Amplify to run a disciplined and competitive bid process.
