Jeff Pavone is a leading M&A advisor to small/mid-market enterprises, successfully completing more than $5 billion in transactions across a variety of industries. A lifelong entrepreneur, Mr. Pavone is the founding partner at Amplify Capital Group and Commercial Plus, LLC. Under Jeff’s leadership, Commercial Plus quickly solidified their presence as a market leader in real estate/business brokerage services and financing to the broader automotive industry, completing complex transactions for some of the most well-known and widely respected car wash and c-store chains across the country. Leveraging his longstanding relationships with owners and operators, Mr. Pavone launched Amplify Capital Group, a leading independent boutique M&A and capital advisory platform, which builds off the Commercial Plus foundation to address the ever-evolving needs of founder-led enterprises. Jeff is also a seasoned real estate investor and venture capitalist, with a diversified portfolio of holdings that span across different geographies and industries. Additionally, Jeff is an active philanthropist supporting a variety of organizations and causes.
Jeff’s professional experience is in-depth and widespread. Prior to entering the commercial real estate arena, he was the co-founder and Vice President/Director of Sales and E-commerce for Law.com, a destination website for the legal community. He assisted in the sale of Law.com to American Lawyer Media, the largest legal publisher in the United States. Additionally, Jeff was founder of lawstuff.com and medical.com as well as President of National Law Resource, Inc.
Chris Jenks is Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Amplify Capital Group. With more than 18 years of experience in quantitative investing, he served as director of quantitative equities at BMO Global Asset Management where he was part of an investment team responsible for more than $16 billion in assets under management. Prior to BMO Global, Chris served as director of research at Embree Financial Group and as vice president and senior investment strategist at Northern Trust Global Investments. An entrepreneur, Chris is also the owner of Driven Car Wash, a growing express car wash chain in the Chicagoland area. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in finance and marketing from DePaul University and is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Chicago.
Alex Pavone, Partner at Amplify Capital Group, has been mastering the art of driving business growth through strategic financial transactions for 10+ years. With over $2 billion in deals under his belt, he’s developed a keen sense of what makes businesses thrive.
As an entrepreneur who’s owned and operated car washes and gas stations himself, Alex understands the unique challenges faced by fellow business owners. He uses this insight to guide clients through mergers and acquisitions, sale-leasebacks, and financial advisory services.

Bill Koenig is a Strategic Advisor with Amplify Capital Group. He is responsible for identifying, executing, and managing M&A opportunities and providing guidance to the firm’s deal and operations teams.
Bill has over 20 years of senior operating experience managing capital markets, risk management, and leverage finance teams across three super-regional banks. Before joining Amplify, Bill was an Executive Vice President and Head of Capital Markets and Specialty Lending at Western Alliance Bank (WAL), responsible for overseeing over $2.0 billion in financings and leading a 20-person team responsible for risk management, loan sales & trading, and relationship management. He joined WAL in 2010 after he co-led management of Comerica Banks Arizona focused Middle Market Lending group.
Previously, Bill was a strategy consultant with Anderson Consulting and a Real Estate Industries banker with City National Bank in Beverly Hills, CA. Bill received his MBA from the University of Southern California with honors and a BA degree in Economics from San Diego State University, where he was a student-athlete.
Harris Ho is a Vice President at Amplify Capital Group where he is responsible for facilitating each step of the M&A process from creating the initial marketing materials to closing. He has broad industry experience, having worked on transactions in the consumer, industrial, and healthcare sectors, among others. Harris holds a Finance degree from Arizona State University.
Stanley Cai joined Amplify full-time in 2022 after an internship with the firm. As an Associate on the M&A team, he contributes to all phases of the deal lifecycle, including valuation analysis, financial due diligence, and other critical processes. Stanley engages with clients and prospective investors to drive successful outcomes. Prior to Amplify, Stanley spent time analyzing acquisition opportunities in the self-storage sector. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
Brendan Zuieback joined Amplify as an intern in 2023 and transitioned to a full-time role upon graduation. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Global Politics and Applied Business Data Analytics from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. An Arizona native, Brendan’s professional background includes an internship in Dublin, Ireland, and a position as a Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst at Discount Tire.
At Amplify, Brendan assists in facilitating the deal process to position clients for successful transactions by delivering comprehensive financial analysis, creating impactful marketing materials, and supporting all aspects of due diligence requirements. He is particularly passionate about technological advancements within the automotive industry, especially as they relate to transactions. This passion drives his commitment to staying at the forefront of industry innovations and leveraging them to achieve strategic objectives.
Chris Niro is the Chief of Staff at Amplify. As a member of the executive leadership team, Chris plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company’s strategic priorities. Leveraging his extensive expertise in corporate strategy, transaction management, and client development, he works closely with senior leaders to drive organizational efficiency and align business goals across departments.
In his role, Chris actively collaborates with potential clients and stakeholders, managing complex transactions such as mergers & acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. His deep understanding of corporate governance, financial analysis, and intellectual property strategy enables him to deliver impactful solutions that create value for the company and its clients.
With a career spanning work with entrepreneurs, mid-market companies, and investors, Chris is known for his ability to navigate high-stakes environments and build strong, collaborative relationships. He also has extensive experience representing clients in federal and state courts, showcasing his ability to manage multifaceted challenges and safeguard client interests.
Recognized as a “Rising Star in Intellectual Property Litigation” by Illinois Super Lawyers, Chris’s professional achievements highlight his commitment to excellence. He holds a law degree from DePaul University College of Law and is licensed to practice in Illinois and New York.
As Vice President, Spencer oversees strategic initiatives designed to help business owners achieve growth and execute successful exits.
Before joining Amplify, Spencer worked for entrepreneur Grant Cardone, where he refined his expertise in business development, strategic scaling, and client success. Prior to that, he held several leadership roles for the Phoenix Suns, ultimately serving as Managing Director of Suite Partnerships & Premium Sales.
Spencer’s passion for M&A is deeply influenced by his upbringing in a family business, which fuels his dedication to helping business owners achieve their goals – whether through growth, succession, or sale.
Georgina manages the business operations of the commercial real estate operations and has played a significant role in the company’s success. She leads the brokerage, finance, and transaction support teams, overseeing client acquisition, marketing, data gathering, financial regulatory compliance, and contract negotiation. Her ability to drive complex transactions to a successful conclusion has earned her a stellar reputation within the industry and especially with clients. Prior to joining the firm, Georgina’s background included senior accounting, construction management, and extensive mortgage and financial services experience. Polly Victoreen joined Amplify in October 2021. As an associate, Polly specializes in ensuring seamless communication, organization, and execution. During her time at Amplify, she has successfully contributed to numerous acquisitions, primarily in the car wash and fuel industries.
An Arizona native, Polly moved to California after graduating from Desert Mountain High School. She earned a double major in Legal Studies and Politics from the University of California, Santa Cruz. While there, she developed an interest in campaign and campaign finance law, especially within local elections. After college she relocated to the Bay Area, where she earned her Paralegal Certification and worked in Family and Estate Law.
Polly combines her knack for communication and organization with her understanding of legal and contractual processes. She focuses on attention to detail and the ability to navigate complex transactions, providing the best experience for clients. Outside of work, Polly loves to spend time with family and friends, read a good book, and run. She’s a dedicated marathoner with her sights set on qualifying for the Boston Marathon someday.

Luke joined our team in 2021 as director of site selection and works with a variety of clientele in multiple markets growing their operations footprint. In addition, Luke is small business/franchise owner in Kentucky and active board member for two national non-profit organizations (Operation Light Shine and Creativets). Prior to commercial real estate, Luke was widely known for his time in reality TV and country music. Outside of the entertainment world he gained experience in the leadership/ business consulting industry with the Flippen Group working with Fortune 500 companies across the nation as well as multiple years as a project manager in the oil/gas sector with Chesapeake Energy. Leading up to his time in corporate America Luke spent 5 years in the United States Army as an officer and deployed to Afghanistan as a Lieutenant. His time in the military was spent in several different organizations and leadership cultures including units within the historic 101st Airborne Division and Division West First Army. He left active duty at the rank of Captain. It is Luke’s personal mission to spend everyday making a positive, purposeful, impact on all the relationships and interactions in his sphere of influence.

Gurvir Saran joined Amplify in 2025 as an Analyst after earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northern Arizona University. Having interned with the company previously, Gurvir gained firsthand knowledge in marketing and analytics, laying a strong foundation that informs his current role.
As an Analyst, Gurvir creates dynamic marketing materials that enhance outreach efforts and support the deal process. Additionally, he helps ensure the seamless execution of deals by coordinating key elements for success. Prior to joining Amplify, Gurvir worked alongside his family, focusing on business operations within the gas station sector. This experience gave him a comprehensive understanding of the industry while sparking his interest in real estate.

A Chicago native, Jessica joined Amplify in 2020 as a results-driven administrative leader. She leverages data insights for strategic decision-making, driving business performance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Her expertise spans business development, client outreach, and event planning, where she builds strong relationships and enhances brand visibility. A collaborative executive partner, Jessica supports strategic initiatives, financial management, and team development to achieve exceptional results.
Leona founded Commercial Plus, LLC in 1983 and obtained her broker’s license in 1988. Leona has extensive experience in the acquisition and disposition of businesses and has consistently been a multi-million dollar producer. Leona is currently licensed and the designated broker for Illinois, Utah and Colorado. Prior to Commercial Plus, LLC Leona owned and operated a number of local businesses, including The Hungry Fryer Restaurant in Tempe, The Dog Patch Restaurant in Mesa, and the Central Avenue Deli in Phoenix. Leona also owned and operated Vibez Salon & Spa in Phoenix, Father Goose Preschool in Mesa, and built a network marketing company. A former professional ballroom dance instructor, Leona has received numerous certificates of appreciation as a volunteer speaker for the Child Crisis Center, and was awarded the non-profit’s “Dovia” volunteer of the year award. Leona also has a ministry making sleeping mats out of plastic grocery bags for the homeless called “Homeless MATters”. With more than 15 years in the real estate industry, Chris has experience with both landlord and tenant representation, over time transitioning to exclusive Tenant/Business representation for all aspects from site selection, property vetting, and development. Chris joined our team in 2022 and also owns and operates a brokerage firm in Texas to service the needs of his local and national accounts. Chris holds two degrees from Texas A&M University: a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and a Master of Business Administration from the Land, Economic, and Real Estate (LERE) program.
During his time away from the office, Chris enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle which includes running, water and snow skiing, and hunting. He also spends time traveling with his wife and two wonderful daughters.
