A lifelong entrepreneur, Jeff Pavone is the owner of Amplify Capital Group. Under Jeff’s leadership, Amplify quickly scaled to a market leader at the forefront of M&A advisory, real estate brokerage, and financing, completing complex transactions for some of the most well-known and widely respected businesses in the country. Leveraging his longstanding relationships with owners and operators, Jeff partnered with car wash veteran Bill Martin in early 2020 to launch Amplify Car Wash Advisors, which built off the Commercial Plus foundation to address the evolving needs of car wash owners and operators. Outside of providing advisory services on a nationwide scale, Jeff is also a real estate investor. Prior to founding Amplify, he was the Co-Founder of Law.com and Founder of Medical.com and National Law Resource.
Chris Jenks is Chief Operating Officer of Amplify Capital Group. With more than 18 years of experience in quantitative investing, he served as director of quantitative equities at BMO Global Asset Management where he was part of an investment team responsible for more than $16 billion in assets under management. Prior to BMO Global, Chris served as director of research at Embree Financial Group and as vice president and senior investment strategist at Northern Trust Global Investments. An entrepreneur, Chris is also the owner of Driven Car Wash, a growing express car wash chain in the Chicagoland area. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in finance and marketing from DePaul University and is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Chicago.
Alex Pavone serves as Senior Vice President of Sales. Alex specializes in sale-leasebacks, mergers and acquisitions, and financial advisory services, with extensive experience in the car wash, fuel, and convenience store industries. A native of Chicago, Alex now resides in Scottsdale, Arizona with his wife and two daughters.

Paul is the Head of Capital Solutions for Amplify. Paul has been a key member of the Amplify team after spending the past 15 years in investment banking and private equity. Paul was most recently a Director on the KKR Private Equity team as a member of the Consumer industry team. Prior to that he was a member of the KKR Capital Markets team supporting KKR and third-party investors on capital markets solutions. He played a role in KKR’s investments in First Data, Dollar General, Academy Sports + Outdoors, The Bay Club, Fleet Farm, National Vision, 1-800 Contacts, among others. Prior to joining KKR in 2011, he was with Deutsche Bank Securities in the industrials and transportation investment banking group, where he was involved in a number of corporate advisory, debt and equity transactions. Paul earned a Bachelor of Science from Indiana University.
Bill Koenig is a Strategic Advisor with Amplify Capital Group. He is responsible for identifying, executing, and managing M&A opportunities and providing guidance to the firm’s deal and operations teams.
Bill has over 20 years of senior operating experience managing capital markets, risk management, and leverage finance teams across three super-regional banks. Before joining Amplify, Bill was an Executive Vice President and Head of Capital Markets and Specialty Lending at Western Alliance Bank (WAL), responsible for overseeing over $2.0 billion in financings and leading a 20-person team responsible for risk management, loan sales & trading, and relationship management. He joined WAL in 2010 after he co-led management of Comerica Banks Arizona focused Middle Market Lending group.
Previously, Bill was a strategy consultant with Anderson Consulting and a Real Estate Industries banker with City National Bank in Beverly Hills, CA. Bill received his MBA from the University of Southern California with honors and a BA degree in Economics from San Diego State University, where he was a student-athlete.
Harris is a Senior Analyst with Amplify. Harris has been a key member of the M&A team having previously completed successful mergers and acquisitions analyst internships with Amplify Car Wash Advisors, and Dinan and Company. Harris’s experience encompasses private investment banking, as well as transaction exposure spanning a variety of sectors, including consumer, aerospace and defense, and general industrials among others. Harris earned a Bachelor of Science in finance from Arizona State University.
Stanley Cai joined Amplify full-time in 2022 after the completion of a year-round internship with the firm. Prior to Amplify, Stanley worked on acquisitions in the self-storage space. Additionally, he is well-versed in macroeconomic analysis with a concentration on global and domestic trade. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
Brendan Zuieback joined Amplify as an intern in 2023 and transitioned to a full-time role upon graduation. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Global Politics and Applied Business Data Analytics from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. An Arizona native, Brendan’s professional background includes an internship in Dublin, Ireland, and a position as a Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst at Discount Tire. He is particularly passionate about technological advancements within the automotive industry, especially as they relate to transactions. This passion drives his commitment to staying at the forefront of industry innovations and leveraging them to achieve strategic objectives.
Chris Niro is the Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs for Amplify. As an intellectual property and business attorney, Chris added a strong background in complex commercial transactions, corporate formation and governance, and brand development (intellectual property) experience to the team. He has worked with clients across multiple industries in connection with commercial transactions, intellectual property development, and corporate management, including his work with individuals and entrepreneurs, and mid-market companies. Chris has appeared in federal and state courts around the country in commercial and intellectual property matters and has been recognized as a Rising Star in Intellectual Property Litigation by Illinois Super Lawyers. Chris is a graduate of DePaul University College of Law and is admitted to practice in Illinois, and New York.
Spencer joined Amplify as Vice President of Business Development in 2024. After graduating from and playing ice hockey for the University of Arizona, Spencer began working for the Phoenix Suns of the National Basketball Association in 2014. During his eight-year ascent with the Suns, Spencer was the #1 new revenue producer within the organization and received six promotions on his way to ultimately becoming Managing Director. As Managing Director, he was responsible for the management, training and execution of the premium sales, premium service, and suite partnerships teams – who were specifically tasked with developing strategic B2B partnerships with top businesses in the Greater Phoenix Area. After the Suns, Spencer moved to Miami to work for world-renowned corporate trainer and business tycoon, Grant Cardone. A native New Yorker, Spencer is passionate about representing business owners and helping them achieve their business and personal goals.
Rich is the strategic advisor in business development for Amplify. Rich spent the last 20+ years at DRB Systems in prominent sales roles. He has direct experience managing large account and business development teams. He has visited thousands of car washes while advising on layout and marketing programs for new operators to help them operate and grow. He also has decades of experience and expertise focusing on operations. Rich continues to help the industry adapt and grow as Western Carwash Association Board of Directors since 2016. Rich is a graduate of Kent State University.
Georgina manages the business operations of the commercial real estate operations and has played a significant role in the company’s success. She leads the brokerage, finance, and transaction support teams, overseeing client acquisition, marketing, data gathering, financial regulatory compliance, and contract negotiation. Her ability to drive complex transactions to a successful conclusion has earned her a stellar reputation within the industry and especially with clients. Prior to joining the firm, Georgina’s background included senior accounting, construction management, and extensive mortgage and financial services experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Phoenix and the following licenses:

Tej Saran works with a variety of clients. From private equity to immigrant entrepreneurs trying to achieve the American dream, Tej takes pride in listening to his clients and building a detailed custom approach to meet their needs. Prior to joining Amplify, Tej served as the assistant general manager of Tee Jay Oil, Inc. where he improved internal processes for better productivity and oversaw large projects. Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs, Tej began working in his family’s gas station and commercial real estate business at a young age, eventually managing the family portfolio. He attended Arizona State University earning a Bachelor of Business Administration and the University of Central Florida where he earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Tej enjoys spending time with his family and exploring the trails with his dog Oreo.

Polly Victoreen is a transaction manager for Amplify. Prior to joining the team in 2021, Polly worked as a legal assistant in estate law as well as campaign and campaign finance law. Polly holds a double major in legal studies and politics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.

Dylan is a commercial specialist for Amplify. Dylan joined our team in 2022 after successfully completing an internship with the firm. As an intern, Dylan built on his previous background as a project manager in commercial development by performing site selection and market research. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from the Ira A. Fulton School of Engineering at Arizona State University. His understanding of commercial development from the ground up, along with his strong understanding of infrastructural analysis, team leadership, and problem-solving skills complement his position as a commercial specialist. In addition, Dylan’s leadership extends into his community where he was an assistant varsity coach for the local high school lacrosse team. In his spare time, he and his dog Cooper enjoy exploring the beautiful Southwest.

Luke joined our team in 2021 as director of site selection and works with a variety of clientele in multiple markets growing their operations footprint. In addition, Luke is small business/franchise owner in Kentucky and active board member for two national non-profit organizations (Operation Light Shine and Creativets). Prior to commercial real estate, Luke was widely known for his time in reality TV and country music. Outside of the entertainment world he gained experience in the leadership/ business consulting industry with the Flippen Group working with Fortune 500 companies across the nation as well as multiple years as a project manager in the oil/gas sector with Chesapeake Energy. Leading up to his time in corporate America Luke spent 5 years in the United States Army as an officer and deployed to Afghanistan as a Lieutenant. His time in the military was spent in several different organizations and leadership cultures including units within the historic 101st Airborne Division and Division West First Army. He left active duty at the rank of Captain. It is Luke’s personal mission to spend everyday making a positive, purposeful, impact on all the relationships and interactions in his sphere of influence.

Garrett is a commercial specialist with expertise in local and national real estate investments and client relations, joining the Amplify team in 2021. Garrett helps clients get the most for their assets by confidentially evaluating purchase and sale-leaseback offers brought by a vast buyer market. He has successfully overseen the national expansion of express car wash developers, quick service restaurants, and retailers looking to grow their portfolio. In 2019, Garrett co-founded Miracle Real Estate Partners based in Nashville, Tennessee, where he oversaw the disposition of more than 70 assets across the country. Prior to beginning his real estate career, Garrett was an NFL quarterback for the Denver Broncos, Atlanta Falcons, and New Orleans Saints where he was selected as the third overall quarterback in the 2015 NFL Draft. He is a graduate of Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado, where he earned a degree in communication studies and played quarterback for the Colorado State Rams. In his free time, Garrett enjoys live music, hiking, fishing, and time at the lake. Garrett is a member of Zeal Church in Nashville, Tennessee.

Jessica comes to us from the hospitality industry where she gained a reputation for managing profitable and successful launches of new restaurant concepts nationwide. A Chicago native, Jessica’s hospitality career took her from coast to coast, finally settling in Scottsdale, Arizona. As administrative director for Amplify Car Wash Advisors, Jessica manages the operations of the firm. She is responsible for managing personnel, business efficiency, budget oversight, logistics, and implementing firm policies and regulations. The local community also benefits from Jessica’s leadership. Partnering with many local charities, she helps raise funds for organizations such as The Phoenix Boys and Girls Club and The Phoenix Children’s Hospital. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her fiancé, family, and friends.
Leona founded Commercial Plus, LLC in 1983 and obtained her broker’s license in 1988. Leona has extensive experience in the acquisition and disposition of businesses and has consistently been a multi-million dollar producer. Leona is currently licensed and the designated broker for Illinois, Utah and Colorado. Prior to Commercial Plus, LLC Leona owned and operated a number of local businesses, including The Hungry Fryer Restaurant in Tempe, The Dog Patch Restaurant in Mesa, and the Central Avenue Deli in Phoenix. Leona also owned and operated Vibez Salon & Spa in Phoenix, Father Goose Preschool in Mesa, and built a network marketing company. A former professional ballroom dance instructor, Leona has received numerous certificates of appreciation as a volunteer speaker for the Child Crisis Center, and was awarded the non-profit’s “Dovia” volunteer of the year award. Leona also has a ministry making sleeping mats out of plastic grocery bags for the homeless called “Homeless MATters”. With more than 15 years in the real estate industry, Chris has experience with both landlord and tenant representation, over time transitioning to exclusive Tenant/Business representation for all aspects from site selection, property vetting, and development. Chris joined our team in 2022 and also owns and operates a brokerage firm in Texas to service the needs of his local and national accounts. Chris holds two degrees from Texas A&M University: a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and a Master of Business Administration from the Land, Economic, and Real Estate (LERE) program.
During his time away from the office, Chris enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle which includes running, water and snow skiing, and hunting. He also spends time traveling with his wife and two wonderful daughters.
