Ben Schouten

Benjamin joined Amplify in May 2025 upon graduation and completing an internship with Amplify the previous winter. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering with a minor in Mechanical Engineering alongside a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Strategic Management & Marketing from the University of Alabama. Benjamin has previous experience across different technical industries with project management and business development to aid in streamlining business processes along with identifying critical issues that stifled company growth.

At Amplify, Benjamin aids in the research of new investment opportunities through financial planning and analysis while identifying financial performance drivers to formulate strategic recommendations for the company. He also supports M&A Transactions by researching key industry and market trends to develop strategies for clients.
