He brings over a decade of downstream fuel industry experience, having managed branded and unbranded wholesale programs and developed relationships with major oil brands, jobbers, distributors, logistics providers, and independent operators across Arizona and California.

Prior to joining Amplify, Ryan spent a decade selling fuel and advising independent station owners, providing hands-on insight into station economics, fuel supply agreements, and operations. This experience enables him to guide buyers and sellers with a practical, operator-focused perspective on the factors that drive gas station value.

Ryan leverages his network of operators, distributors, and transportation partners to source opportunities and support clients through growth initiatives, recapitalizations, and exit strategies. He focuses on building long-term partnerships with founders and owners across the fuel distribution and convenience retail landscape.
